Manon Richmond, co-founder from Ouje-Bougoumou, is an Algonquin woman dedicated to social economy and culture, with a diverse background spanning business administration, Indigenous governance, and community development

Chakda, co-founder of MAAMUU, holds a DBA and has over 28 years of experience in research, teaching, and advisory roles focused on sustainable development, regional economics, and Indigenous community empowerment.

Irene Neeposh, co-founder, is a Cree entrepreneur and leader with academic training in Political Science, Marketing, and Business Intelligence, bringing strategic insight and cultural grounding. She currently serves as Chief of the Cree Nation of Waswanipi.
